1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the website or using the Lotus7book app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to bet where you live.
• Online betting is restricted or prohibited in some Indian states, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland and Sikkim. It is your responsibility to check and follow the laws that apply to you.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• Employees of Lotus7book and their close relatives may not hold player accounts.

3. Your Account

You may hold only one account. You must register accurate details and keep them up to date, and complete KYC verification before withdrawing. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, hold duplicates, or are used for fraud or collusion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit is ₹100. Deposits made via UPI, net banking or IMPS are credited once confirmed by the payment processor.
• Withdrawals are paid back to the same method you deposited with, after KYC is approved and any applicable wagering requirements are met.
• We may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to prevent fraud and comply with the law.
• You may only deposit funds that are legally yours. We reserve the right to reverse transactions linked to fraud or chargebacks.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses, free bets and promotions are optional and carry their own terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum stakes and expiry dates. You must meet those terms before bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, and we may void bonuses obtained through abuse, such as multiple accounts or collusion.

6. Bet Settlement

Bets are settled on the official result of the relevant event. Odds are fixed at the moment your bet is accepted. If an obvious pricing error (a palpable error) occurs, or an event is abandoned, postponed or cannot be verified, we may void affected bets and return stakes in line with our market rules. Live bets are subject to short delays, and a bet may be rejected if the market moves before it is accepted. Our decision on settlement, based on independent official data, is final.

7. Fair Use

You agree not to use bots, automated systems, or any exploit to gain an unfair advantage, and not to collude with other players or manipulate markets. Betting on events you can influence, or where you have inside information, is prohibited. We use monitoring to detect abuse and may void bets, withhold funds obtained through breach of these terms, and close offending accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lotus7book is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment delays, or errors in third-party data feeds, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
